WHAT DO ARTIST RECEIVE WHEN THEY BECOME A SPONSOR ?

1. Artist face & name will be on the following promotional materials. 5000 save the date hard copy flyers given out at numerous NY showcases, radio stations, colleges and communities in NY that will be embracing your talent. Artist face & name will be on 11X17 posters which we will put up in stores, barbershop, beauty salons and communities we are performing at.
($100 value per show)
2. Artist face & name will be on our email blast flyers which will go out to over 20,000 contacts. ($50 value per show)
3. Artist face & name will be in our “Unity In the Community” press releases, to newspapers, video shows and radio. ($50 value per show)
4. Two weeks before the show we will print up another 5000 flyers for promotion to the specific communities that you will be performing in. You will also receive flyers for your own personal promotion.
($50 value per show)
5. Your song will be on the “Unity In the Community” Summer Tour compilation CD. We will give this cd away for free at all events on the tour. We will press up over 2000 cds during the tour. ($50 value per show)
6. Your face, website, myspace & contact info will be in our playbill that will be distributed at every show. ($100 value per show)
7. You will get to diplay your talent in a 12 minute set. No cursing or derogatory language will be accepted. The shows we put together are for all ages from babies to the elderly. All artists must send me their mp3’s for their show format 1 week prior to their show. All bands must send a rehearsal video for time purposes. All show’s has a time restriction so I have to have the show outlined in advance. ($100 value per show)
8. You will receive a feature slot at one of my showcases that I produce monthly in Harlem. As a feature at my showcase you will get a 8 minute set to display your talent in front of tastemakers, producers, dj’s, radio, video and label exec’s, that frequently check out my showcases. ($150 value per show)
9. You will receive 2000 views added to your myspace page. You will also receive the code to put the flyers up on all of your music pages. ($50 value per show)
10. You will be promoted on all of our websites, myspace pages, ning sites etc. We currently receive over 20,000 views combined monthly. ($100 value per show)

For $100 this is the perfect way to promote your self in the inner city of New York. This package is for positive and serious artist ready to expose their talents to new potential fans. This is a viable source for Each show will be positive and fun, so be prepared to network with each other and stay for the whole show. Bringing unity in the community is our main focus and bringing great entertainment is the icing on the cake.

ON WED. OCT. 8, 2008 ROMEO PROMOTIONS along with 4 All Ages Entertainment present " THE B.U.R.N. U ULTIMATE" $1000 PRODUCER SHOWCASE @ SHRINE 2271 SEVENTH AVE. btwn 133rd & 134th St. in Harlem, NY.

ENTRY FEE $250 you will receive 20 tix worth $400 so you can sell to your supporters and you will be able to make a profit for your investment plus your shot to win an extra $1000 cash at the end of the show. (Crowd response is a mini part of the scoring so I suggest you bring your people.) You can make a deposit of $100 starting Sat. Sept. 6th to reserve your slot and you will get all of your tickets to sell. The balance of $150 must be taken care of by Wed. Oct. 1st a week before the event.

THE FORMAT OF THE SHOW

Each producer will make a cd of 6 tracks 35sec a piece, in this particular order.
1. R&B track - :35
2. Dirty South track - :35
3. Original track (No Samples, Drum Loops or anything) - :35
4. Sample track (Make a chorus off a well know artist voice) example - Bring Em Out, I Get Money - :35
5. Street Track (something to bump in your truck, example: mobb deep, premiere, pete rock. - :35
6. This is why you should win the $1000 Track. You get 1min for this one. Come with your strongest area of production. You chose your destiny.
PLEASE HAVE ALL YOUR TRACKS SEPARATED AND EXACTLY THE SPECIFIED TIME BECAUSE YOUR MUSIC WILL BE CUT OFF!!! PLEASE MIX YOUR BEATS DOWN AND DON'T HAVE IT PEAK TO THE RED LINE, OUR SYSTEM IS GOOD WE CAN TURN IT UP!!!
